Shipping Overview
Order Processing
Orders received before 12:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday) are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays are generally processed the next business day.
While we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, processing times may occasionally vary due to order volume, product availability, holidays, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
FREE Overnight Shipping
Select premium products qualify for FREE Overnight Shipping on qualifying orders of $500 or more.

Standard Shipping
Most in-stock orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless another shipping method is selected during checkout.
- FREE Ground Shipping is available on most eligible dry goods orders over $100.
- Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
- Delivery times may vary due to destination, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or product availability.
Oversized Items
Certain large or heavy products do not qualify for free shipping.
These products will be clearly identified as:

Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout whenever possible.
Freight Delivery
Large aquariums, stands, and complete aquarium systems may require freight delivery.
Products requiring freight shipment will be identified as:

For freight shipments:
- Freight charges may not be collected during checkout.
- Our team will contact you after purchase with available freight options and pricing.
- Delivery schedules vary based on the manufacturer, destination, and freight carrier.
- Additional charges may apply for residential delivery, lift-gate service, inside delivery, or limited-access locations.
Drop-Ship Products
Some products ship directly from the manufacturer.
Shipping costs, processing times, availability, and delivery schedules vary by manufacturer.
Tracking information may be sent separately once the manufacturer ships your order.
Drop-ship aquariums and special-order items may be considered final sale once the manufacturer has accepted the order.
Local Pickup
FREE local pickup is available during normal business hours.
Most in-stock items are ready within one business day.
Please wait until you receive your pickup confirmation before visiting the store.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
Shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your claim:
- Keep all original packaging.
- Photograph the shipping box, shipping label, packing materials, and damaged item.
- Do not discard the packaging until instructed.
- Contact us promptly with your order number and photos.
Failure to report shipping damage within the required timeframe may limit available resolutions.
Returns
Standard Products
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Returned products must:
- Be new, unused, and unopened
- Include original packaging
- Include all manuals, accessories, promotional items, and components
Approved returns are subject to:
- 10% restocking fee
- Customer-paid return shipping
- Inspection prior to refund
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for FREE shipping, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
In-Store Aquarium Purchases
Aquariums purchased at our retail store may be returned within 5 business days provided:
- No water has been added
- The aquarium has not been used
- The aquarium and stand remain in original condition
Approved returns are subject to:
- 25% restocking fee
- Customer-provided transportation
Aquariums are not eligible for return after delivery or after stand assembly.
Drop-Ship Aquariums & Special Orders
Drop-ship aquariums, custom-order products, and special-order items are generally considered final sale once the manufacturer has accepted the order.
If cancellation is possible before shipment, any approved refund will be reduced by applicable manufacturer cancellation fees, shipping charges, restocking fees, and other non-refundable costs.
Return Authorization
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) from ShopLushCorals.com.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days.
- The RA number must be clearly visible on the return package.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Do not ship returns using a Shop Lush Corals shipping account.
- Missing packaging, manuals, or accessories may reduce or void the refund.
- Returns are generally processed within one week after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Used or opened products
- Products missing original packaging or components
- Clearance or final-sale merchandise
- Custom-order products
- Special-order products
- Drop-ship aquariums after manufacturer processing
- Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, or modification
Manufacturer Warranties
Most equipment warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer.
Shop Lush Corals is not responsible for livestock loss, property damage, equipment failure, improper installation, misuse, or other consequential damages.
We are happy to provide proof of purchase and assist customers with manufacturer warranty claims whenever possible.
Accuracy of Information
While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, pricing, specifications, availability, and other website content may occasionally contain errors.
Shop Lush Corals reserves the right to:
- Correct pricing or website errors
- Update product availability
- Limit purchase quantities
- Cancel or refuse orders
- Verify payment or order information
- Correct checkout or pricing errors after an order has been placed
An order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or shipment.
